For the purposes of the fingering chart, only keys that are playable are noted on the diagram, and filled keys demonstrate where to put your fingers. So while the Bb thumb key would bring the B down with it, only the Bb key would be filled to show when Bb should be pressed. The same goes for the foot joint. The keys noted in grey outline are only shown on the diagram when they’re needed for context. For the D and D# trill keys, the neighboring trill key is shown outlined for context only.
Pre-1990s Cooper scale Murray flutes share fingerings with the latest version with a few exceptions. Those flutes that have a B touch between E and D# would use that touch for high B instead of the D# trill used here. Ultra-high (above high C) fingerings are also slightly different: on Lasweski scale models E4 adds LH pinky and F4 adds LH ring finger and pinky.

The fingering chart is available in booklet format (including patterns and exercises) and letter-size quick reference as well.
